Administration

The administration Branch of the Board coordinates activities in various sections of the office such as preparing agenda for Board meetings, preparation of Electoral rolls, special events/directions from high authorities and coordinating various other National level programs. The Head clerk (O/S) is supervising the overall function of the branch.

Establishment Section
To deal with entire establishment issues such as appointment, disciplinary cases, service matters, revision of pay scale and correspondence to Command Headquarters/government.
Accounts Section
To deal with all types of payment made to contractors, suppliers & employees, preparation of Budget Estimates, maintaining Annual accounts and Audit of the annual accounts of the cantonment board.
